Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Warehouse SR.

Executive/Asst. Manager (Snack Plant) to supervise warehouse operations, oversee storekeepers, and ensure accurate picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets and goods in our snack production facility in Malaysia. You will drive cycle counts, stock checks, reports and system transactions, coordinate with suppliers and shipping forwarders, lead the team in the manager's absence, and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP,

Responsibilities

• Supervise Storekeeper and below level to ensure correct picking, packing, restoration and retrieval of pallets/goods.
• Ensure equipment, tools and machineries are used in a proper manner with good housekeeping.
• Timely update of reports, system transactions and location transfer.
• Ensure the count accuracy of good inventory received and issuance is maintained at all times through work discipline, cycle audit and stock take.
• Prepare analysis on stock turnover, idle stock, storage cost, transportation cost etc..
• Responsible for shipment and logistic matters to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with internal parties, supplies, customers and shipping forwarders.
• To lead in the absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, BRC, HALAL).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
