Job summary

Food Excellence Specialist Sdn. Bhd. is the manufacturing arm of Food Empire Holdings Limited, a Singapore-listed company. We export products to over 50 countries and work with freight forwarders to coordinate shipments.

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to arrange local and export shipments, prepare documentation, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with customs and trade requirements. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or export operations
• Good knowledge of incoterms, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate local and export shipments
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers, and transport providers
• Prepare and check shipping and export documentation
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with inter-departments on delivery arrangements
• Obtain freight quotations and monitor logistics costs
• Ensure compliance with customs, export and import requirements
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned
