Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to oversee daily inbound and outbound distribution on the shop floor in Malaysia. You will coordinate inventory levels, plan loading bay activities with the fleet team, and collaborate with Production and Sales to ensure on-time delivery performance.

The role emphasizes driving continuous improvement, maintaining documentation, and planning training for shopfloor staff while analyzing performance data to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficient in analyzing operational data, generating insightful charts, and developing reports.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and verbal.
• Knowledgeable in ISO procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and communication skills.

Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and quality condition.

Liaise with Production and Sales departments to ensure timely and effective delivery performance.

Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to distribution activities.

Plan and coordinate training programs for F4 shopfloor employees.

Monitor and report distribution operational performance, including analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse or distribution environment, with solid understanding of warehousing processes and best practices.

Proficient in analyzing operational data, generating insightful charts, and developing reports to support decision-making and performance tracking

Strong analytical thinking paired with creative approaches to resolving operational challenges effectively and efficiently.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments.

Capable of making fair, objective decisions in day-to-day operations, including matters involving team management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Knowledgeable in, and committed to, adhering to company standards, ISO procedures, and regulatory requirements
