FerroTec Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and comply with safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain smooth logistics.

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless logistics operations.
Monitor and control daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure optimal space utilization and warehouse layout for efficient movement of inventory.
Implement and oversee best practices in warehouse management.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Identify and rectify discrepancies in stock levels and report any variances.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with logistics teams, transport providers, and internal departments for smooth dispatch operations.
Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards and company policies.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to warehouse operations.
Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficient performance.
Train team members on warehouse procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols.
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Generate and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance.
Prepare periodic reports for management to support decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
Ensure compliance with relevant Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) legal and other requirements applicable to FTMM operations.
Support the implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS).
Any other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
