Job summary

Gnosis Laboratories Group in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Officer to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate deliveries, and maintain inventory.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field with 2–4 years in warehouse & logistics, and proficiency with AutoCount inventory and documentation; strong organization and communication skills are essential.

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Must know AutoCount system (inventory, stock control, documentation).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules with drivers to ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock control.
