Job summary

Able Dairies is seeking an experienced Warehouse Executive to lead daily warehouse operations at Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor. You will supervise a warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and compliance while supporting audits and process improvements.

Responsibilities include managing receiving, storage and dispatch, monitoring SAP inventory data, and coordinating goods flow to meet targets. Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to be located at Telok Panglima Garang

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day monitoring and overview of operations and processes of the warehouse, including the preparation of reports
• Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and operational targets are met
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure data accuracy in the SAP system
• Coordinate the loading and unloading to ensure the timely and safe handling of goods
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in receiving and warehouse records
• Assist and standby for Audit related matters
• Conduct regular and monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records, promptly investigate any variances
• Enforce safety and security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and inventory
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management
