Job summary

Multi-Trans Sdn Bhd is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Pulau Indah, Port Klang to ensure peak efficiency and outstanding customer satisfaction. The role focuses on KPI planning, supervision, and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures.

The ideal candidate will manage the Product Master and WMS, perform data entry and inventory reporting, and train the warehouse team to achieve short- and long-term performance goals. Forklift/reach truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years related working experience.
• Experience using WMS is preferred.
• Forklift and reach truck operation experience is a plus.
• Willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; basic business writing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, monitor and manage operational KPIs to ensure peak warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures; train and develop staff to meet performance goals.
• Oversee Product Master and Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management; ensure accurate data entry and inventory reports.
• Conduct regular inventory stock counts and reconciliation with stock records.
• Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding on inbound/outbound cargo movements.
• Maintain 5S standards in housekeeping and orderliness.
• Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse reports.

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by planning, supervising, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs.

Ensure warehouse operations in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures. Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.

Key Person responsible for Product Master & Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory reports.

Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed.

Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding Department on incoming and outgoing cargo movements.

Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.

Responsible to preparation of warehouse weekly & monthly reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.

At least 2 years related working experience is required for this position.

Candidates with experience using WMS is preferred.

Candidates with ability to operate forklift and reach truck will have added advantage.
