Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment in Malaysia. You will supervise teams, manage SLAs, and coordinate stock control and reporting to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
The role requires a strong background in logistics, WMS, and inventory management, with a track record of driving efficiency and process improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Oversee and manage end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order processing.
Lead and monitor team performance, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Handle client interactions related to operational issues, reporting, and stock management.
Drive continuous improvement in storage, layout, and process efficiency.
Source and manage procurement of packaging materials, equipment, and operational tools.
Manage human resource functions including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance appraisal, and enforcement of company policies.
Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and recommend warehouse design improvements, product flow systems, and equipment upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and legal requirements.
Preferably candidates with experience in fast-paced e-commerce warehouse operations and those who are available to start immediately.
Job requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management tools.
Ability to analyze data and generate operational reports (KPI tracking, productivity metrics, etc.).
