Private Advertiser is seeking a responsible Warehouse Executive to join our team in Malaysia. We provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training for suitable candidates and a supportive work environment.

You will gain hands-on experience in receiving, stock control, packing, and coordinating with the sales and technician teams, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• SPM or technical diploma suitable for warehouse work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets for stock records.
• Responsible, systematic and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English understood.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against delivery orders.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Prepare goods for delivery, pick, pack and load outgoing orders.
• Coordinate with sales and technician teams for parts issuance and collection.
• Ensure safe handling of heavy equipment and maintain warehouse safety standards.

About us: We are a trusted provider of specialized flooring solutions. We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Executive to join our team. Comprehensive on‑job training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check quantity and condition of machines, spare parts and flooring consumables against delivery order


• Perform stock counting, maintain accurate physical inventory and system stock record


• Prepare goods for delivery, picking, packing and loading for outgoing orders - Manage warehouse stock arrangement, keep storage area tidy and organised


• Assist in monthly stock take and reconcile system vs physical stock


• Prepare DO, delivery document and simple warehouse filing


• Co‑ordinate with sales & technician team for parts issuance and goods collection


• Ensure proper handling of heavy equipment and maintain warehouse safety standard

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / technical diploma - Prior warehouse, store keeper or logistics working experience is preferred - Able to do manual handling, willing to lift heavy goods


• Basic computer skill, able to use spreadsheet for stock record


• Responsible, systematic and detail‑minded


• Good communication skills, fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, basic English


• Able to work independently
