Job summary

Ambition is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Shah Alam, Malaysia, to supervise daily warehouse activities and ensure on-time delivery in a permanent, full-time role.

The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics or a related field, at least two years of hands-on warehouse experience, and strong SAP inventory knowledge. You will lead staff, coordinate with 3PLs, and drive safety and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in a warehouse or operational role.
• Working knowledge of SAP, particularly for inventory and stock movement functions.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills and strong communication abilities.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to engage both internal teams and external logistics partners.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily warehouse, production, and drumming activities to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitoring site operations and resolving non-conformances as they arise
• Tracking efficiency, downtime, and output, and escalating key issues to senior management
• Coordinating with third-party logistics providers on inventory, order fulfilment, and shipping
• Leading warehouse staff and managing rosters, overtime, and leave arrangements
• Preparing monthly reports on equipment utilisation, drumming, and blending performance
• Upholding safety, environmental, and company compliance standards at all times
