Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in our Malaysia-based logistics hub.

You will maintain inventory records in WMS/SAP/DMS, perform regular stock counts, and ensure accurate system transactions while coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Finance, and Procurement to meet schedules. Compliance with SOPs and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory systems (WMS / SAP / DMS) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and on time.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Inventory Control

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (DMS / WMS / SAP).

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.

Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.

Documentation & System Updates

Prepare and verify warehouse-related documents such as GRN, delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.

Ensure timely and accurate system transactions for all warehouse movements.

Support audit requirements and compliance checks.

Coordination & Communication

Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement).

Coordinate deliveries and collections to meet operational schedules.

Handle dealer or customer inquiries related to stock availability and order status.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.

Monitor proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.

Report any safety incidents or operational risks promptly.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.

Support system enhancements and operational improvements as required.

Job Requirements
