Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a 6–12 month contract in Selangor. You will oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating material receipts, stock management, and ensuring accurate inventory records, while driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Material Management, or Inventory Control.
• Strong leadership experience supervising warehouse or operational teams.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Warehouse Operations management, including material receipts, storage, deliveries, and returns.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
• Lead daily deliveries, site coordination, and ensure delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and records; ensure safety and cleanliness.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM – 5:30PM, Saturday: 8:00AM – 1:00PM

Employment Type : 6 - 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary Range : RM3,000 – RM3,500 (based on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Be Doing

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

Coordinate material receipts, storage, deliveries, and customer returns

Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement for replenishment

Support stock-taking activities and manage quarterly inventory counts

Prepare materials based on project drawings and material requirements

Ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures

Delivery & Site Coordination

Coordinate daily deliveries and material dispatch activities

Ensure project deadlines and delivery schedules are met

Organize material and tool availability for project sites

Monitor returns, deliveries, and operational records

Verify product quality and measurements before delivery

Maintenance & Warehouse Management

Maintain warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery records

Monitor spare parts and consumables inventory

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safe working conditions

Support maintenance activities for warehouse equipment and facilities

Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, carpenters, scaffolders, and foreign workers

Distribute workload and monitor daily productivity

Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training

Ensure attendance and workforce discipline

Promote a positive, safety-first working culture

Identify process improvement opportunities within warehouse operations

Support quality assurance initiatives and compliance requirements

Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and SOPs

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, including PPE requirements

Assist in optimization projects to improve operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

Commercial or Technical qualification

Experience in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Material Management, or Inventory Control

Strong leadership experience in supervising warehouse or operational teams

Knowledge of warehouse processes, stock management, and material coordination

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications

Good communication skills in English

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and lead a diverse workforce
