Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the Manager in daily delivery operations at Resorts World Genting, Pahang. You will plan and execute transportation, ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory records to support outlets across the resort.

This role requires ensuring accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments, leading warehouse staff, managing assets, and complying with QMS and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience with SAP ERP and SAP Ariba is an advantage.
• Experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse.
• Plan and execute transportation operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity to support resorts wide and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure deliveries are captured in the system.
• Examine and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Ensure warehouse personnel receive, unload, and place items appropriately.
• Manage assets including facilities, vehicles, and equipment; plan for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide guidance to staff for daily tasks and supervise a team.
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and OSHA requirements; ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsible for planning and executing transportation operations

Ensure timely delivery ofthe right quality and quantity of itemsto support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise

Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system

Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments

To ensure the warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming /outgoing items appropriately

Managing assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.

To provide guidance to subordinate for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly

To perform other duties as and when required for the department

To comply,conform and improve on Quality Management System (QMS) & also OSHA requirements.

Ensure compliance with regulations.

Speak fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Experience in using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba will be added advantage

Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
