Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery operations at Resorts World Genting, Pahang. You will assist the Manager, plan transportation, and ensure timely deliveries to outlets across the resort.

The role requires strong communication and writing skills, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and experience with SAP ERP/SAP Ariba. You will maintain inventory records, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with QMS and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP ERP and SAP Ariba is advantageous.
• Experience in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to lead, manage and supervise a team.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in day-to-day delivery operations of the warehouse.
• Plan and execute transportation operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of the right quality and quantity of items to support stakeholder resorts wide.
• Maintain proper inventory records; ensure deliveries to outlets are captured in the system.
• Examine and ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure warehouse personnel receive, unload and place incoming/outgoing items appropriately.
• Manage assets such as facilities, vehicle and equipment, including planning for repairs and maintenance.
• Provide guidance to subordinates for carrying out daily routine tasks correctly.
• Perform other duties as required for the department.
• Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) & OSHA requirements and regulations.

Ensure timely delivery ofthe right quality and quantity of itemsto support stakeholder resorts wide and resolve any issues that may arise

Maintain proper inventory records, ensure all deliveries to outlets have been captured in system
