Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Penang seeks a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to manage inbound/outbound operations, verify stock accuracy, and drive efficient picking, packing and shipping processes.

You will lead a warehouse team, uphold 5S and safety standards, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare shipping documents and chase on-time dispatch, while ensuring ISO/RBA compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control.
• Certified forklift/reach truck operator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and stock movements.
• Verify ASN/GRN against PO and conduct visual inspections.
• Maintain 5S, safety standards, and racking utilization.
• Lead monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers.
• Train and lead warehouse/logistics team.

Managing warehouse & inventory system using Sage/WMS for receiving, storage, picking (FIFO) & shipment arrangement.

Oversee unloading, verify ASN/GRN against PO, visual checks, and variance escalation to QA.

Supervise picking accuracy, packing standards, labelling, and packing list documentation completeness.

Maintain accurate stock balances, min–max levels, and inventory aging.

Maintain 5S standards, warehouse safety compliance and racking utilization.

Lead monthly cycle counts- investigate and reconcile inventory variances.

Logistic Operation

Inbound & outbound logistic coordination/planning with internal/external stakeholder.

Prepare shipping document (DO, CIPL, COA as needed) and ensure on-time dispatch.

Freight & carrier management using customer portal/ 3PL/ in house arrangement.

Ensure documentation meets customs and regulatory requirements and customer SLA.

Maintain SOPs for export/import flows and security protocols.

Others

Leading and training warehouse/logistic team.

Ensure that all inventory control processes and logistic procedures comply with 5S, ISO, and RBA standards.

Point of Contact (new project/customer escalation follow-up/system trouble shooting).

Able to drive Forklift & Reachtruck.

Any other project/ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Skills required:

At least 2-3years experience in warehouse and logistic role preferably in a distribution and manufacturing environment.

Thorough understanding of warehouse process, inventory management system, logistics processes, customs regulations, and supply chain management.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the knowledge/ability to use relevant system (ERP/MRP/WMS).

Certified and experience in handling forklift/reach truck.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
