Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Shah Alam is seeking a warehouse/logistics associate to support daily operations, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate shipment processing. You will follow company policies and collaborate with teams to maintain efficient warehouse workflow.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Logistics or Warehouse Management, have at least 2 years’ experience, and are fluent in Mandarin and English. SAP WMS familiarity is a plus; strong communication and safety compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policy and procedures to get work done.
• Monitor inventory levels using designated system.
• Ensure security and accountability of goods via inventory control.
• Oversee shipment loading/unloading and day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Enforce facility security and employee safety per government standards.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure all warehouse and logistics documents and reports are timely and accurate.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Manager.

Job Description

Getting work done by following the company's policy and procedures.

Monitor the inventory levels using designated system.

Ensure the security and accountability of goods with inventory control.

Oversee shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse

Enforce the facility security & employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government's safety and environmental standard.

Responsible in verifying incoming and outgoing goods

Ensure all warehouse and logistics documentations and reports are timely and accurate.

Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse area

Other related tasks instructed by the Manager

QUALIFICATION

Minimum education Background: Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or relevant qualification

Familiar with SAP Warehouse Management System (SAP WMS) will be an added advantage

Minimum 2 years experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English with ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of key stakeholders.
