Job summary

Malayan Flour Mills Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring compliance with FSSC standards and safety.

The role manages daily warehouse operations, audits inventory, improves SOPs, and trains staff; familiarity with HACCP/ISO 22000 is a plus.

Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred and a Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle receiving, storing, and distributing raw materials and finished goods in compliance with FSSC standards.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, space management, loading/unloading, housekeeping, pest control, and safety.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, returned goods procedures, loading cycle times, and FSSC requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely Logistics and Warehouse related reports.
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to meet operational and safety standards.
• Improve and enforce SOPs for warehouse processes, housekeeping, and safety practices.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations.
• Support ISO 22000 activities and audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
