Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily outbound operations, including order processing, picking, tally checking, staging, loading, and dispatch.
• Verify item codes, batch numbers, expiry dates, quantities, and FIFO/FEFO requirements.
• Ensure the proper use of the HAVI Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order processing, picking, inventory movements, and outbound transactions.
• Coordinate branch transfers and ensure all transfer orders are accurately picked, checked, documented, loaded, and dispatched according to schedule.
• Monitor outbound KPIs, including picking productivity, order fulfilment, on-time-in-full (OTIF), loading efficiency, and dispatch performance, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Transport, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Investigate and resolve outbound discrepancies, including short picks, incorrect picks, damaged goods, posting failures, and loading errors, and prepare the necessary write-off documentation for damaged goods.
• Manage and develop the outbound team through manpower planning, performance monitoring, coaching, and training for new and existing employees.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety requirements, 5S practices, housekeeping standards, and company policies while driving continuous operational improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager / Manager.
