Job summary

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Executive to join Dindings Poultry Development Centre Sdn. Bhd. in Lumut, Perak. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. As an Inventory Executive, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and ensuring accurate record-keeping across our poultry operations. This position is integral to supporting our operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems

Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy

Manage inventory levels to minimise stockouts and overstock situations

Process and track purchase orders and receiving of goods

Identify and report discrepancies between physical stock and system records

Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials

Assist in the organisation and arrangement of storage areas to maximise space utilisation

Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management review

Support the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve inventory-related issues
