Job summary

OUS Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply to develop skills in stock control, logistics, and documentation.

Roles involve receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods across multiple site locations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing and dispatching goods
• Record and update inventory transactions for accurate stock records
• Monitor stock levels and assist in stock counts and inventory checks
• Ensure goods are properly stored, labelled and identified
• Prepare warehouse documents such as goods receiving notes, delivery orders and stock reports
• Assist in stock replenishment and report discrepancies or damaged goods
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety compliance in the warehouse

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to support our daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in warehouse management, stock control, and logistics operations.

Work Locations: Kuala Lipis, Jerantut, Bukit Ibam, Bahau, or Bukit Besi

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.

Record and update inventory transactions to ensure accurate stock records.

Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular stock counts and inventory checks.

Ensure goods are properly arranged, stored, identified, and labelled.

Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, including goods receiving notes, delivery orders, and stock reports.

Assist in stock replenishment and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety procedures.

Job Requirements

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.

Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
