OUS Group of Companies seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations across mining-site locations in Malaysia. You will manage receipt, storage, issue and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or inventory operations, strong integrity, and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. Willingness to travel between 5 sites is essential.
Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Monitor staff performance to prevent negligence, theft, and misconduct.
Verify stock records, reconcile discrepancies, and upscale issues to management.
Prepare site-level reports on stock movement, manpower allocation, and compliance.
Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational needs; train and guide junior storekeepers.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and internal controls.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations, preferably in mining, heavy industry, or industrial environments.
Proven supervisory experience with ability to manage frontline staff.
Strong integrity, discipline, and accountability.
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to be based at mining sites and travel between 5 sites as required.
