Job summary

ZF AFTERMARKET MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, and material movements, to drive accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with Buyers, Logistics, Production, and 3PL partners to optimize inbound/outbound flows.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years in manufacturing warehousing, with hands-on WMS/ERP experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management processes
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and logistics planning
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and warehouse safety standards
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and workforce planning capabilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dismantling, put-away, storage, inventory control, and material movements to ensure efficiency
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities by working closely with Buyers, Logistics teams, Production, and third-party warehouse providers
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy through stock transfers, cycle counts, annual stock takes, and timely system transactions
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization, location consolidation, and material flow to improve storage efficiency and kitting performance
• Plan and supervise kitting operations, ensuring sufficient manpower allocation and supporting daily fulfillment targets of 90% and above
• Manage third-party warehouse operations, including inventory movements, KPI tracking, cost monitoring, and service performance management
• Ensure compliance with ZF safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards through regular inspections, equipment checks, and warehouse audits
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, employee training, and operational excellence projects while supporting the Warehouse Manager in achieving departmental objectives
