Job summary

ZF Group in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive to lead daily warehouse operations, manage inbound/outbound logistics, and optimize space usage to achieve 90%+ daily fulfillment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in SCM or related field, with 5+ years in warehouse or logistics, plus hands-on WMS/ERP experience and strong leadership.

They should also be familiar with ISO 9001/14001 and safety standards, and possess excellent analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, or inventory control in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow and logistics planning.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong leadership, team supervision and workforce planning capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with focus on efficiency.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics with Buyers, Logistics teams and third-party providers.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through stock transfers, cycle counts and system transactions.
• Monitor space utilization, location consolidation and material flow for efficiency.
• Plan and supervise kitting operations and daily fulfillment targets of 90%+.
• Manage third-party warehouse operations including KPI tracking and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and standards through inspections and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while supporting the Warehouse Manager.

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dismantling, put-away, storage, inventory control, and material movements to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities by working closely with Buyers, Logistics teams, Production, and third-party warehouse providers.
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy through stock transfers, cycle counts, annual stock takes, and timely system transactions.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization, location consolidation, and material flow to improve storage efficiency and kitting performance.
• Plan and supervise kitting operations, ensuring sufficient manpower allocation and supporting daily fulfillment targets of 90% and above.
• Manage third-party warehouse operations, including inventory movements, KPI tracking, cost monitoring, and service performance management.
• Ensure compliance with ZF safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards through regular inspections, equipment checks, and warehouse audits.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, employee training, and operational excellence projects while supporting the Warehouse Manager in achieving departmental objectives.

Your Profile as Warehouse Executive：

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials management, logistics, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management processes.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and logistics planning.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and warehouse safety standards.
• Strong leadership, team supervision, and workforce planning capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
