Job summary

A leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist. The role encompasses overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in logistics, strong organizational skills, and effective communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods receiving and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in warehouse activities.
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Prepare and verify warehouse-related documents such as GRN, delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate system transactions for all warehouse movements.
• Support audit requirements and compliance checks.
• Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement).
• Coordinate deliveries and collections to meet operational schedules.
• Handle dealer or customer inquiries related to stock availability and order status.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Monitor proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.
• Report any safety incidents or operational risks promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
• Support system enhancements and operational improvements as required.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (DMS / WMS / SAP).
• Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.

Documentation & System Updates

• Prepare and verify warehouse-related documents such as GRN, delivery orders, invoices, and stock reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate system transactions for all warehouse movements.

Job Requirements

• Working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory systems (WMS / SAP / DMS) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
