Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in our Malaysia-based logistics hub.

You will maintain inventory records in WMS/SAP/DMS, perform regular stock counts, and ensure accurate system transactions while coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Service, Finance, and Procurement to meet schedules. Compliance with SOPs and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory systems (WMS / SAP / DMS) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inbound and outbound activities are accurate and timely.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory records in the system (DMS / WMS / SAP).
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies, damages, or losses.
• Prepare and verify warehouse documents (GRN, delivery orders, invoices, stock reports).
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with logistics providers and internal departments.
• Report safety incidents and identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
