Job summary

Multi-Trans Sdn Bhd in Port Klang, Pulau Indah, Malaysia, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, supervise, monitor, and manage operational KPIs within a fast-moving logistics environment.

You will ensure ISO 9001:2015 and GDP compliance, train the warehouse team, perform regular stock counts and reconciliations, and coordinate with Transport/Forwarding for cargo movements. Strong data entry and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with WMS preferred.
• Forklift/reach truck experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, monitor and manage operational KPIs for peak warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures.
• Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day issues and achieve goals.

Job description

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by planning, supervising, monitoring, and managing operational KPIs.

Ensure warehouse operations in compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and GDP procedures. Train and develop warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and long-term performance goals.

Key Person responsible for Product Master & Warehouse Management System (WMS) setup and database management. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and inventory reports.

Organize regular inventory stock counts and perform reconciliation to stock records when needed.

Coordinate with Transport/Forwarding Department on incoming and outgoing cargo movements.

Ensure high standard of housekeeping and orderliness accordance to 5S principle.

Responsible to preparation of warehouse weekly & monthly reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years related working experience is required for this position.
• Candidates with experience using WMS is preferred.
• Candidates with ability to operate forklift and reach truck will have added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic business writing skill.
