Job summary

Adhes packaging technology (Malaysia) sdn bhd in Klang's Pulau Indah area is seeking a Warehouse Executive to supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate ERP-based records.

The role requires at least SPM or higher, 1-3 years in warehousing, good Mandarin for China team, and willingness to work onsite at Pulau Indah. We offer a hands-on environment with growth potential and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• SPM or above. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be added advantage.
• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (fresh graduate are welcome).
• Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China team.
• Certification in warehouse management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Able to work in our factory in Pulau Indah, Port Klang.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments (e.g., delivery notes, GRNs, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage for space utilization and workflow efficiency.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and laborers as needed.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse KPIs.
• Resolve issues related to damaged goods, order discrepancies, or delivery delays.
