Job summary

Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate outbound shipments, and maintain organized stock storage. You will supervise helpers, conduct cycle counts, and collaborate with Logistics, Sales, and Production to meet delivery timelines.

The role requires 2–3 years in a manufacturing warehouse, forklift experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS and Excel. Working week is Monday–Friday with emphasis on safety and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment (wire, cable, or heavy industrial products is an advantage).
• Must possess valid, hands-on experience in driving and operating a forklift.
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and good inventory accuracy track record.
• Familiarity with ERP / Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively across departments.

• Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading, stacking, and internal movement of goods.

• Conduct regular cycle counts, month-end inventory checks, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Production to avoid delivery delays.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards, ensuring organized storage and safe warehouse environment.

Job description

As a Warehouse Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our day-to-day warehouse operations. Your primary focus will be ensuring outbound shipment precision, maintaining systematic stock storage, and driving smooth loading/unloading processes to meet customer delivery timelines.

Verify and ensure the correct stock items, specifications, and quantities are accurately prepared and dispatched strictly in accordance with the Delivery Order (DO).

Safely and proficiently operate a forklift for loading, unloading, stacking, and internal movement of finished goods and raw materials.

Supervise warehouse helpers/operators during daily picking, packing, staging, and container stuffing.

Conduct regular stock cycle counts, month-end physical inventory checks, and investigate stock discrepancies.

Coordinate closely with the Logistics, Sales, and Production teams to support scheduled customer dispatches and prevent delivery delays.

Maintain warehouse 5S, safety standards, and proper racking/storage protocols to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
