Job summary

Master Tec Wire & Cable Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineering graduate to monitor production flows and drive continuous improvement. You will prepare SOPs, BOMs, drawings and QA guidelines, and coordinate with production, QA/QC, maintenance and sales to address technical issues and audits.

The successful candidate will have a degree in engineering, strong English/BM/Mandarin communication, familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Evaluate fresh graduates as well.
• Proficient in technical communication in English, BM and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, BOMs, engineering drawings, and quality guidelines.
• Liaise with Production, QA/QC, Maintenance and Sales to resolve issues and support audits.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for defects or downtime and implement CAPA actions.

Job description

Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line efficiency, yield rates, and safety.

Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, and quality inspection guidelines.

Liaise closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA/QC), Maintenance, and Sales teams to resolve technical issues and support customer audits or inquiries.

Participate in root-cause analysis for quality defects or equipment downtime, helping implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Materials Science) or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior internship or relevant industrial experience in a manufacturing plant is an added advantage.

Must be proficient (read, speak, and write) in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese/Mandarin to coordinate effectively with local teams, regional associates, and technical documentations.

Familiarity with technical drawings, engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), and basic MS Office tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a hands-on learning attitude.
