Job summary

SIS Speedy Industrial Sdn Bhd, a well-established EMS manufacturer in Pontian, Johor, is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and data accuracy. You will coordinate receiving, kitting, storage, and shipment, while ensuring ISO and safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in procurement, business administration, or supply chain, strong SAP/ERP skills, and at least three years in warehousing or logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in procurement, business administration, supply chain or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g. SAP, Oracle or ERP systems).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain.
• Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organizational, logistical and communication skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa to liaise with suppliers and colleagues in China.
• ISO and safety knowledge compliance.
• Able to work with urgency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain high stock accuracy.
• Ensure accurate stock movement, transaction adjustment, SAP labeling and bin locations.
• Maximize storage location efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, such as receiving, storage, WO kitting, and FG collect from Production, S/metal outhouse, FG shipment

Monitoring inventory levels, manage inventory aging and maintaining high stock accuracy.

Accuracy on stock movement, transaction adjustment, SAP Label ID, SAP Bin location, maintain SAP related info.

Maximizing the storage location

Control movement of materials during receiving/kitting

Data and report

Job Requirements

Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in procurement, business administration, supply chain or any field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g. SAP, Oracle or ERP systems).

Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, or supply chain management.

Work in EMS or electronic manufacturing company will take advantage.

Proficient in SAP and warehouse management systems.

Strong organizational, logistical, and communication skills.

Able to communicate in Chinse, English and Bahasa to liaise with supplier as well as colleagues in China.

ISO and safety knowledge compliance.

Able to work with a sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ready to start immediately or on short notice

Willing to work at Pontian area.
