Job summary

Amphenol TCS Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive in Penang. You will handle receiving, issuing, and verification of items against transfer requests, perform daily cycle counts, and apply FIFO while labeling stock accurately.

You will also prepare packing slips and commercial invoices. The role requires mid-level computer skills, data entry experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct items are received and issued according to Material Transfer Request Form.
• Perform transactions after issuing and verify accuracy as per item request.
• Perform daily cycle counting in system.
• Apply FIFO method to store goods in designated locations and label items correctly.
• Reorder low stock by initiating purchase requisitions when items approach minimum thresholds.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Generate Packing Slip and Commercial Invoice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
