FERROTEC MANUFACTURING MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned professional to lead packaging solutions development and warehouse optimization across domestic and international operations.

You will drive standardization, cost reduction, and sustainability while improving space utilization and material flow. Responsibilities include designing returnable packaging programs, optimizing layouts, and guiding automation implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading warehouse optimization, facility layout, or logistics improvement projects.

This role involves developing robust packaging solutions for domestic and international transportation, and leading the design and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material flow processes. You will drive packaging standardization, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives, while improving space utilization, inventory accessibility, and operational efficiency across warehouse operations.

Lead the design and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material flow processes

Define storage strategies for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and slow-moving inventory

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field

5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or supply chain management

Proven experience leading warehouse optimization, facility layout, or logistics improvement projects

Demonstrated leadership capability in driving operational transformation and continuous improvement

Experience handling heavy materials, oversized components, or capital equipment

Knowledge of warehouse automation, AGVs, conveyors, cranes, and lifting solutions

Experience in manufacturing, automotive, semiconductor, machinery, or industrial environments preferred
