You will drive standardization, cost reduction, and sustainability while improving space utilization and material flow. Responsibilities include designing returnable packaging programs, optimizing layouts, and guiding automation implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics engineering, industrial engineering, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience leading warehouse optimization, facility layout, or logistics improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust packaging solutions for domestic and international transportation.
• Drive packaging standardization, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives.
• Design returnable packaging and reusable crate programs.
• Ensure packaging protects products while optimizing storage and transportation costs.
• Lead the design and optimization of warehouse layouts, storage systems, and material flow processes.
• Develop warehouse capacity plans to support current and future business requirements.
• Improve space utilization, inventory accessibility, and operational efficiency.
• Define storage strategies for raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and slow-moving inventory.
• Evaluate and implement warehouse automation and material handling technologies.
• Conduct process studies to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
