Job summary

GB GLOBAL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including stock-in/stock-out, picking and packing, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to safety and FIFO standards. Mandarin skills and forklift licensing are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior warehouse/storekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Forklift license/certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control, including stock-in and stock-out processes.
• Prepare finished goods and perform picking & packing according to Invoice/DO.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation system.
• Check incoming goods for correct quantity and condition upon receipt.
• Assist with wrapping, sealing, labeling, issuing, and housekeeping tasks.
• Manage loading and unloading of goods.
• Assist in stock-taking and ad-hoc warehouse duties.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and support timely delivery of merchandise.
• Assist in the distribution of Halal and Non-Halal products as guided by company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment; forklift experience is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant / Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform daily warehouse operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.

Handle inventory control, including stock-in and stock-out processes.
