Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product conditions against delivery documents.
• Perform stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Organise and store products according to designated warehouse locations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items or discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to sales orders and internal requests.
• Pack 3D printers, filaments, resins, spare parts and accessories for delivery.
• Prepare parcels and coordinate with courier services for collection and delivery.
• Maintain proper arrangement and labelling of warehouse items.
• Update inventory records accurately in the system.

We are looking for a responsible and organised Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching 3D printers, printing materials, spare parts, accessories and other products. The successful candidate will ensure that inventory is accurately maintained, orders are processed efficiently, and the warehouse remains clean, safe and well organised.

Key responsibilities

Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product conditions against delivery documents

Perform stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate

Organise and store products according to the designated warehouse locations

Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items or discrepancies

Pick and prepare products according to sales orders, online orders and internal requests

Pack 3D printers, filaments, resins, spare parts and accessories securely for delivery

Check products and quantities before dispatch to minimise picking and packing errors

Prepare parcels and coordinate with courier services for collection and delivery

Maintain proper arrangement and labelling of all warehouse items

Update inventory records accurately in the company's system

About you

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any relevant field

Previous warehouse, logistics or inventory experience is an advantage

Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, moving and arranging goods

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsible, punctual, disciplined and able to work independently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are an advantage

Good communication and teamwork skills
