Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory is a plus.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving goods.
• Good communication and teamwork required.
• Familiarity with inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify quantities and product conditions against delivery documents.
• Perform stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Organise and store products according to designated warehouse locations.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damaged items or discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to sales orders and internal requests.
• Pack 3D printers, filaments, resins, spare parts and accessories for delivery.
• Prepare parcels and coordinate with courier services for collection and delivery.
• Maintain proper arrangement and labelling of warehouse items.
• Update inventory records accurately in the system.
