Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Store received goods safely in the warehouse.

• Perform periodic inventory cycle counts.
• Document all inbound/outbound transactions accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, VNA).
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Share knowledge with teammates and assist in training new hires.

Job description

Warehouse Assistant role involving receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse, picking and packing outgoing orders according to customers' requirements, and loading and unloading trucks/containers efficiently while securing goods for transportation.

Key responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming shipments

Ensure all received goods are properly stored in the warehouse

Pick and pack outgoing orders according to customers' requirements

Load and unload trucks/containers efficiently, securing goods for transportation

Perform periodic inventory cycle counting

Ensure accurate recording on paperwork and documentation for incoming shipments, outgoing orders, cycle count documents and inventory transactions

Operate warehouse equipment based on operation needs, such as RF scanner, forklifts, pallet jacks, reach truck, or VNA (Very narrow aisle trucks)

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members

Assist in training programs (OJT) for new hires

About you

Secondary School education

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions/positions

Valid forklift license is preferred

Able to operate RF scanner

Able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach truck is preferred

Able to communicate effectively with team members, immediate superior, and other stakeholders

Physically fit and energetic

Sensitive to details and accuracy to accurately receive, store, and pick inventory

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Team player with strong self-discipline
