Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation of stock movement, managing container stuffing activities for import/export, and maintaining a safe, organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock flow monitoring: Manage and document all incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods, including transfers and inventory adjustments.
• Inbound receiving: Perform hands-on receiving activities and ensure accurate stock-keeping in the system.
• Data entry recording: Record and update material movements promptly in warehouse systems.
• Quality assurance: Verify the condition of incoming and outgoing materials before acceptance or shipment.
• Production support: Pull and deliver materials to support daily production requirements.
• Inventory management: Review and enforce inventory processes aligned with company growth.
• Container stuffing activities: Oversee container stuffing and loading activities for import and export shipments, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Reporting: Produce required reports, statistics, and timely email responses to requestors.
• 5S housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and orderliness across the warehouse and production floor.
• Workplace safety: Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff by adhering to company rules and regulations.
• Additional duties: Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM in any field or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse or related fields.
• Skills: Computer literacy, attention to detail, and strong understanding of inventory and container handling.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the company and external logistics partners.
