Job summary

Skyline Catering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Administrative Executive to join our team in Kajang, Malaysia.

The role involves daily data entry, filing, and supporting the procurement team with purchase orders and reports. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal departments, maintain proper document control, and handle correspondence and general admin duties. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with SPM, independent and thriving in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical

Qualifications

• SPM or fresh graduates welcome to apply.

• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and good follow up skills.
• 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm).
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
