Job summary

Nong Geng Ji SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks an administrative assistant to perform daily data entry, maintain accurate records, and manage filing and documentation. You will support procurement with purchase orders and reports, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure proper document control and correspondence handling.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires independent, self-driven work in a fast-paced environment with basic MS Office skills and a 5.5-day workweek.

Qualifications
