Job summary

SKYLINE CATERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure cost control, and maintain top-quality hygiene standards.

You will coordinate ordering, supervise staff, and drive training while engaging with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers. We value a proactive, mature, and energetic leader who is ready to work weekends and public holidays, and uphold company policies with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong food cost awareness and cost-saving mindset.
• Proven leadership experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Experience with daily ordering and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and SOP/SOC procedures.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin with suppliers and customers.
