Job summary

DESINCE SDN. BHD. in Klang seeks a proactive Warehouse Admin to support daily logistics operations across e-commerce channels. You will handle order processing, inbound inventory, documentation, and cross‑department coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely updates to stock records, and overtime during mega sales. On-site parking is provided, with statutory benefits and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse administration, order fulfillment, or inventory management. (Fresh graduates with strong computer skills are welcomed to apply!).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with e-commerce Seller Centers (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) or WMS/ERP systems is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail, honest, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Print orders waybill for picking and packing process.
• Proceed orders from online platform and B2B clients.
• Prepare replenish documents for operation.
• Inbound & Inventory Administration: Receive and verify inbound products with all related processes needed.
• Document received products accurately.
• Communicate with other departments regarding new arrivals.
• Inspect the quality and condition of received products.
• Document any defects or damages and take appropriate action.
• Update inventory records.
• Update new product information.Return parcel record.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Desince Sdn. Bhd is a rapidly growing Malaysian brand and e-commerce operator specializing in personal care and lifestyle products. We manage high-volume omnichannel operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and B2B wholesale distribution. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable Warehouse Admin to join our logistics operations team in Klang.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Print orders waybill for picking and packing process.

Proceed orders from online platform and B2B clients.

Prepare replenish documents for operation.

Inbound & Inventory Administration:

Receive and verify inbound products with all related processes needed.

Document received products accurately.

Communicate with other departments regarding new arrivals.

Inspect the quality and condition of received products.

Document any defects or damages and take appropriate action.

Update inventory records.

Update new product information.Return parcel record.

General / Support:

Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
