Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure FIFO handling.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, training, task allocation, and monitoring daily productivity and performance.
• Enforce workplace safety requirements, including local safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory discrepancy reports, daily activity logs, and KPIs for management review.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

Conduct regular cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including shift scheduling, employee training, task allocation, and monitoring of daily productivity and performance.

Enforce workplace safety requirements, including local safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and factory 5S housekeeping standards.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, inventory discrepancy reports, daily activity logs, and key performance metrics for management review.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or any related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and hands‑on experience operating material handling equipment like forklifts.
