Job summary

SkyWorld Development Berhad is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end HR operations on a multi-site basis in Penang. You will oversee payroll coordination, employee relations, and the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, while advising Management on HR policies and employment matters.

The role requires 5-8 years of generalist HR experience, familiarity with Malaysia employment practices, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or related field.
• 5-8 years of HR experience with strong generalist exposure.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, property development or multi-site environment advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring HR policies, procedures and employee lifecycle processes are implemented effectively and consistently.
• Oversee payroll coordination and review, including payroll verification, payroll cost analysis, reporting and statutory submissions.
• Manage and advise on employee related matters, including attendance, performance, misconduct, grievances and disciplinary cases.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle and HR processes, including manpower requisition, onboarding & offboarding, performance assessment and etc.
• Provide HR advisory and support to Management and employees on HR policies, employment matters, employee relations and etc.
• Ensure timely update for HRIS, personal file and HR related reports.
• Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications to support employee experience within the team.
• Oversea group insurance administration, including enrolment, deletion, employee consultation and claim submission.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

5-8 years of HR experience, preferably with strong HR generalist exposure.

Experience in manufacturing, construction, property development or multi-site environment will be an advantage.

Good working knowledge of Malaysia employment practices and statutory requirement.

Able to work in fast-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities.

Willing to be based at Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang.
