Job summary

SkyWorld Development Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive, Project Management (Post-Development) to oversee the complete project lifecycle from planning through post-completion.

You will coordinate with authorities, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions, approvals and regulatory compliance, while monitoring budgets, quality, and handover readiness for completed units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil/architectural related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within property development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to post-development activities.

Job description

Senior Executive, Project Management (Post-Development)

Coordinate the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, design coordination, authority approvals, construction oversight, and post-completion activities.

Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams to manage submission processes and ensure timely approval of all permits and regulatory documentation.

Review and ensure alignment of design drawings with approved design briefs, regulations, and project requirements.

Support the preparation and review of Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) drawings to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Monitor project budgets, track cost variation orders, and work closely with the contracts team to manage financial aspects.

Oversee quality control activities and support achievement of QLASSIC targets and other internal KPIs.

Manage and monitor project timelines and coordinate site activities to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.

Support the documentation and application process for Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

Evaluate contractor and consultant performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Monitor and report on defect rectification processes and handover readiness of completed units.

Manage utility application processes (e.g. TNB AIS) and coordinate account activations/closures during different project stages.

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within the property development industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated independence, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks.
