Job summary

SkyWorld Development Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment, build a strong candidate experience, and support employer branding and onboarding initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliant reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA and at least 4 years in recruitment. Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of ATS platforms are essential.

• Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment firm or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
• Knowledge of labor regulations and recruitment compliance practices.

You'll play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting our employer branding and onboarding initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.

Handle in developing social media content and career-related posts.

Participate in career fairs and employer branding events.

Liaise with Marketing/Comms teams for branding materials.

Maintain accurate recruitment reports & support compliance

Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a recruitment firm or talent acquisition.

Proven ability to manage hiring across a wide range of job levels.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms and recruitment reporting tools.

Knowledge of labor regulations and recruitment compliance practices
