Job summary

Rimedyne Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations in Penang. You will manage receiving, storage, issuing, and handling of finished goods while ensuring correct labeling and storage practices.

You will support production with timely material supply, monitor stock levels, and prevent shortages or obsolescence. It requires a Diploma or above in SCM/Logistics/WM and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain/Logistics/WM.
• 1–2 years warehouse management experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FIFO and stock management; 6S practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and handling finished goods.
• Ensure materials and products are checked, recorded, labelled, and stored properly.
• Support production line material supply and ensure accurate material delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and finished goods handling.
• Ensure all materials and products are properly checked, recorded, labeled, and stored.
• Support production line material supply and ensure accurate material delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent material shortages, excess inventory, and obsolete materials.
• Maintain warehouse 6S standards for a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FIFO, stock management, and familiar with 6S warehouse management practices.
• Experienced in warehouse receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of SQL system operation for inventory management.
• Good understanding of warehouse procedures and material flow.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage daily warehouse activities and solve operational issues.
