Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing regional/ China portfolios including evaluating their loan applications, conducting credit reviews, marketing and cross-selling a wide range of banking products and services Monitor overall facility utilisation and profitability of the assigned portfolio Build rapport and develop meaningful networking to maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective clients Build client loyalty by establishing a trusted advisor relationship, as ‘The Trusted Banker to call’ Identify clients’ needs and capture new financing and / or cross selling opportunities; negotiate for best margins to optimise profitability Deliver both in terms of speed and quality for all KPIs assigned Exposure in structuring cross border transaction and/or umbrella facility Familiar with Malaysia Foreign Exchange Administration Rules (FEA) Good understanding of the Group Relationship Manager and Field Relationship Manager framework Ensure accuracy on customer due diligence(“CDD”) and Know Your Customer(“KYC”)

Requirements

Possess a recognised degree or Diploma / Bachelor's degree, in any field, from an accredited university / colleges Has a strong interest in financial planning, investment and keen to work in a sales driven Environment Preferably someone with at least 6 years of sales experience with few years of team leadership experience Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read and communicate in Mandarin Excellent team work/spirit
