Job summary

The United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a Portfolio Growth & Strategy professional to drive acquisition, cross-sell, and customer activation, while monitoring revenue and portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Segment, and Product teams to identify optimization opportunities, support transformation programmes, and deliver campaigns that improve customer engagement and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth initiatives across acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and customer activation.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, portfolio penetration, and wallet share.
• Support portfolio reviews and recommend actions to achieve business targets.
• Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer coverage models, improve productivity, and enhance cost-to-serve efficiency.
• Drive portfolio optimization, customer migration, portfolio rationalization, and business improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, digital initiatives, and transformation programmes to improve portfolio economics and customer experience.
• Partner closely with Sales, Segment, and Product teams to translate customer insights into commercial actions.
• Support business reviews by providing opportunity sizing, customer insights, and performance recommendations.
• Drive campaign adoption, lead conversion, and customer engagement initiatives with frontline teams.
• Act as a trusted business partner in identifying and executing growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer, product, and portfolio analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve portfolio performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead end-to-end execution of customer and portfolio campaigns.
• Oversee lead generation, campaign tracking, performance measurement, and post-implementation reviews.
• Continuously improve targeting strategies, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
