2201 United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd is seeking a strategic role to grow a diversified customer portfolio while driving revenue expansion and improved efficiency. You will collaborate with Sales, Segment, and Product teams to translate insights into actions, support portfolio reviews, and implement growth initiatives across acquisition, cross-sell, and retention.

• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, portfolio penetration, and wallet share.
• Support portfolio reviews and recommend actions to achieve business targets.
• Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies to drive sustainable growth and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize customer coverage models, improve productivity, and enhance cost-to-serve efficiency.
• Drive portfolio optimization, customer migration, portfolio rationalization, and business improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, digital initiatives, and transformation programmes to improve portfolio economics and customer experience.
• Partner closely with Sales, Segment, and Product teams to translate customer insights into commercial actions.
• Support business reviews by providing opportunity sizing, customer insights, and performance recommendations.
• Drive campaign adoption, lead conversion, and customer engagement initiatives with frontline teams.
• Act as a trusted business partner in identifying and executing growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer, product, and portfolio analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging risks.
• Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve portfolio performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide actionable recommendations through portfolio deep-dives, customer analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end execution of customer and portfolio campaigns.
• Oversee lead generation, campaign tracking, performance measurement, and post-implementation reviews.
• Continuously improve targeting strategies, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Job Description

Portfolio Growth & Business Performance

• Drive portfolio growth initiatives across acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and customer activation.
